The 2013 ELAEE in Uruguay will debate on how to allocate our region´s energetic resources in a heterogeneous local demand.
The 4th ELAEE will also concentrate on the debate about how renewable energies find the way out from government good intentions, political consensus and social support. Which is the next generation of regulatory measures that can ensure a sustainable development of that source? Are they able to internalize costs and risks of other energy nonrenewable energy sources?
