Use the camera-ready revision form (with the password that you got when you submitted the paper) to submit the camera-ready version.

COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT:
    You, as author(s) of the submitted abstract and full length paper for the conference, may claim and retain all copyrights to these works on the condition that you grant to the IAEE an unconditional non-exclusive indefinite license to publish, summarize, edit, or make available these works in IAEE publications or on the IAEE website, and to use the author’s name(s) in connection with the publication, advertising, and promotion of these works.  You, as author(s) of the submitted works, further warrant that they are original, have not been published previously, and contain no matter unlawful in content or in violation of the rights of any third party.  Concerns about this agreement should be communicated by email under the subject “IAEE Copyright Agreement” to iaee@iaee.org

    Only papers presented at the conference should be published in the online proceedings and speakers should supply text to conform to the standards of the proceedings.    In all instances, speakers that do not show up for the conference to present their papers must not have their abstract/full length paper/PowerPoint Presentation appear in the online proceedings.

SPECIAL NOTES:

The abstract paper title you previously sent to Conference Headquarters is what will be published on our website and printed in the conference program announcement. You are STRONGLY urged not to change your paper title as this may be confusing to conference delegates. The title of your paper will be listed in several different locations (e.g., program announcements, proceedings, marketing materials, etc.).
AT LEAST ONE author must register for the conference at the discounted conference participant registration fee and attend the meeting to present the paper. This registration fee must be received by February 15, 2013., along with your Paper. Please use the Conference Registration Form and forward with payment as soon as possible. Alternatively, you may register for the conference online by visiting the menu Registration/Online registration. Please note that your Paper WILL NOT appear online at our website and your name/speech title will not appear in the Montevideo conference program until you have paid your speaker registration fees.
The organizers reserve the right to edit the submitted documents at their discretion.
Authors who submit multiple abstracts must note that if more than one of their papers is accepted one of the co-authors must register to present the paper. NO AUTHOR may present more than one paper at the conference.
SUMMARY ACTION ITEMS:
1) No later than February 15, 2013, complete and submit your Online Proceedings Paper by following above instructions.
2) No later than February 15, 2010, register for conference using the online registration form: http://aladee.org/registro/registro_aladee.php
3) Make your hotel reservations as soon as possible at the Radisson Victoria Plaza Hotel. Please find information on how to book a room here: http://aladee.org/venue.html
When you contact the Hotel, mention that you are attending the “ELAEE International Conference” to receive our special group rate. Do not send your hotel reservation form to ELAEE Conference Headquarters.

Follow these instructions to submit your Online Proceedings Paper:

1) We encourage you to submit a paper in PDF format between 15–20 pages in length, including all text, footnotes, tables, charts, references, etc., using the formatting options below
2) The size of your printed page may be A4 or 8.5″ x 11″. Leave at least 0.75 inches for your margins at top, left & right – 1 inch margin for bottom. Use a 10 or 11 point font for your type. In general the type of font is up to you; keep in mind a “readable” type face is desirable (e.g., Arial, Verdana or Times New Roman).
3) Embed all text/graphics/charts/tables/pictures, etc., in your final single electronic file. DO NOT send more than one file containing pieces and/or parts of your paper to be linked together for the online proceedings. Papers will not be published online should fragmented files be received.
4) On the first page of your paper include the following information in this order:
a- Title of paper. (This should be exactly the same as previously provided when uploading your abstract submission form.)
b- Author(s) and organizational affiliation
c- Complete contact details for the lead or contact author should appear as footnote:
o Name
o Title
o Organization (please do not use abbreviations for organization)
o Address
o Phone/Fax/Email
5)Prepare your paper and proofread TWICE. A high-quality manuscript free of typographical mistakes and errors with good sentence structure is up to you.
6) When you have completed your Online Proceedings Paper please visit our website to upload your Paper. Note that you will be using the same Paper Id Number and Password provided to you in the occasion of the abstract upload. You will need this to upload your paper.
7) You must submit your Online Proceedings Paper in PDF format – no MS Word format Proceedings Papers will be accepted. We suggest that after you have generated your MS Word file that you re-read the entire paper to ensure that all tables/graphics/formulas/equations/footnotes, etc. have remained in place and have not been dropped or removed when creating the PDF file.

NOTE: The presentation of papers will be held in the Concurrent Sessions, each author having strict 15 minutes to expose their work and are advised to organize their presentation with no more than 15 ppt.Presentations can be done be made in English, Spanish or Portuguese, being up to the author's choice.
