Services to delegates

Assistance includes hotel booking; tourist tours arrangements, and information services. Free ride by bus to all off-site events will be provided. Special paid transport from the airport at the arrival dates will be offered. The Local Organizing Committee will propose specific sponsorship plans directed at funding student activities, including budget accommodation, reduced conference fees, etc.
